Room & Inn Policies:

 

Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests and the Suite accommodates a maximum of 2 Adults and 2 Children under the age of 18.  Rates are per night and subject to tax.

• Check In:  4pm – 8pm

• Check Out: 11am (late check outs will be assessed one additional room night fee)

• Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests.  The Suite accommodates a maximum of two Adults and two Children under the age of 18 that meet the manufacturer bunk bed weight restriction of less than 160 pounds

• Guest rooms, the property, its facilities and parking are for the use of registered guests only

• As a courtesy for all our guests, we offer a completely smoke free environment and quiet hours are 9:00pm – 9:00am

• A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for any damages to your room, its contents or the property based on the owners’ discretion/assessment

• No animals allowed

 

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

 

We are a small business and we may turn down requests for the room we have reserved for you.  With this in mind, please note the following:

• Reservations will be confirmed with a credit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover

• To confirm a reservation of one night, a 100% deposit is required

• To confirm a reservation of two (2) or more nights, a 50% deposit is required

• One (1) day prior to your arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be taken on the same credit card provided and is non-refundable

• If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit minus a $35 processing fee per room

• Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the reservation and you are financially responsible for the full payment which will be processed using the same credit card provided

• Late arrivals and early departures are non-refundable; guests who do not show up on the scheduled arrival day by 8pm, will forfeit their reservation
